Who is Alexia Bauer?
I am from Guatemala and currently live in Chicago. I came here in 2008 to do a Yoga teacher training and prepare myself to someday, take back some of what I've learned here to my country.
What does I AM. mean to you?
It means, that when many people with an idea of helping join forces, the world can change. It means not letting our "ego" be in charge, but recognizing that there are others that need help and love and the feeling of a community that supports them.
