Your order will be shipped out the following business day after the date of your purchase and, depending on the carrier you select at checkout, will arrive within 1-5 business days for US residents and 3-10 business days for International customers. 

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• We are absolutely committed to the highest level of customer care.
• Our weavers and artisans stand behind the quality of their time-honored craft, and so do we. 
• We therefore accept returns & exchanges up to 60 days from date of purchase. 
• There is a $5.00 restocking fee for all non-defective bags that are not in their original packaging.
• Refunds will be made to the original credit card used to purchase the bag. Please note this does not include a refund for the initial shipping fees and return shipping costs.

Return Process

So you want to return your product, no worries! Follow these simple steps and you’ll be on your way:

1. Email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to notify us of your intent to return your purchase.
   We’ll supply you with a generic shipping label that you should tape to your return package
   PLEASE NOTE: Our awesome customers are responsible for getting our products back to our warehouse safely so it is recommended that you use a carrier with tracking and even consider insuring the package.
2. When your package is received we’ll confirm that it is non-defective and in its original packaging and refund you the purchase price, minus shipping, to the credit card you used at purchase.
